Crunchy Stovetop Oats

Breakfast this morning was very filling!


1/3 cup old fashioned oats

2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/3 cup water

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tbsp hemp seeds

1/4 large apple

1/4 cup blueberries


vanilla extract

2/3 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal




All for around 350 calories!

My online calorie counter is down this morning but I think I estimated the calories accurately.

Hoping to head to the gym later this morning.
